sodas

after seeing the video about galco's soda shop, i found a small liquor store by my place that sold a variety of small name sodas...i only got a few of the ones that were sweetened with cane sugar...here are some of the ones i got

i got pineapple and mango...i haven't tried pineapple yet, but the mango was not too sweet and was crisp...however, it had a weird aftertaste that is hard to describe...sort of like stamp adhesive?...i'm not sure if the soda was old or if it is supposed to be like that...if the pineapple one has the same aftertaste, then it's probably the soda...i'll have to try the rest of the flavors

aj stephans root beer (drinking it as i write this)...not that sweet, which i prefer and has decent bite to it...i wonder what barq's made with cane sugar would taste like

also got some faygo soda's in orange and grape that i have not tried yet...these look sweet and might taste better a little watered down with ice

i got one other orange flavored soda, but i don't remember the brand (might be nesbitts)...i'll go back and pick up some new sodas after i'm done with the ones i have
