picked some lettuce from my backyard to eat with korean bacon for lunch...taste was like normal store bought lettuce...good chance some weeds got mixed up, but that's ok...you can see the holes where bugs ate the leaves, but i don't mind if they eat a bit too...

the packet of seeds i bought had 3 or 4 different types of lettuce and kale and took about 2 months to grow...i think i picked these about 2 weeks late, and they were starting to wilt a little
