400th post

this is the 400th post, and the blog is 2 years old...looked through the archive, and i started this blog on march 1, 2011...

this is a firefly related shirt that i would have gotten if it wasn't a mash up with dr. who...dr. who has a pretty huge following, and my guess would be that a lot of firefly fans also like dr. who, but i'm not one of them...i didn't add a pic of the tshirt, because i probably don't have the right to use it...

the name is a reference to the rewritten pilot episode named "the train job" where the fox network wanted a more fast paced series premiere, and whedon and minear had to write a new pilot episode...sign that the show was doomed to fail from the start
